Placing Orders for Products

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Errors in the description or prices for Products
  • Errors in Your Order
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Products you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

If you purchase a Product, and for some reason you decide that you would like a refund, you have 7 days to request a refund. If you request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, Off-Grid-Inverter.eu will give you a full refund of your purchase price.

If you do not request a refund within the 7 day refund period, you forfeit this option and will not be eligible for a refund.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Products on the Service. The Products available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Products on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Procedure in case of incorrect price

The seller assumes no responsibility for an obviously incorrect price, despite his care and/or due to a fault in the IT system.

It is considered an obviously erroneously displayed price:

  • EUR* 0 price,
  • a price reduced with a discount, but the discount is incorrectly stated (e.g.: in the case of an EUR* 1,000 product, a product offered for EUR* 500 with a 20% discount indicated).

In the case of an incorrect price, the Seller offers the possibility of purchasing the product at the real price, with which information the Buyer can decide whether to order the product at the real price or cancel the order without any adverse legal consequences.

Payments

Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard or direkt bank transfer.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.

If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

 

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Your Feedback to Us

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Operation of Digital Data Content, Technical Protection Measures

The availability of the servers providing the data displayed on the website is over 99.9% per year. The entire data content is regularly backed up, so in the event of a problem, the original data content can be restored. The data appearing on the website are stored in MSSQL and MySQL databases. Sensitive data is stored with an appropriate level of encryption, and hardware support built into the processor is used to encode it.

The Process of Buying

Registration

You can browse our online store without registration, i.e. you can familiarize yourself with our products and prices. If you want to make a purchase, you can do so as a guest or as a registered customer, in both cases it is necessary to enter your billing and shipping information (name, address, e-mail address and phone number).

You can do this by placing the desired products in the cart and then clicking on the “cart” button in the payment menu item, which opens as a separate window. Registration is also a convenient solution for you, because if you buy from us again, you can enter your username and password after selecting the products and going to the checkout, and you can send your order. After registration / login, your name will appear on the right side, above, under the basket function. By clicking on your name, you can change your registered Password, Login data, and Billing data in your Account at any time. In your Account, you can view the data of your previous orders and track the data and status of your current order.

.Selection of Products

You can search for our products in three ways. We have formed product groups, of which you can see the highlighted ones in the top menu bar, you can find the list of the main category in the left menu and on our Site Map, and you can access the subcategories by going to the main categories. We have also sorted our products according to manufacturers, you can find the list of featured manufacturers in the menu bar on the left, under the list of product groups, and you can also select our featured manufacturers according to the logos running at the bottom of the pages. You can browse the entire list of manufacturers below, under the Manufacturers menu item. Through these groups, you can get to a narrower product list, where, in addition to the most important basic information about the products and prices, a small photo will help you find your way around. Here, by clicking on a specific product, you can go to the product’s main page, where you will find all the necessary information about the selected product. In the top menu bar, you will find a search engine with which you can start a keyword search, or you can also search by product name, and you can narrow down your search to categories with the Advanced search option.

With the help of the top menu and the list of main categories and manufacturers on the left within the menu items, you can easily and directly access a specific product group.

Cart

You can add the products you want to buy to your cart from the lists or from the products’ main page by pressing the “Add to cart” button. If you repeatedly click on the “add to cart” button for the product, you will add as many pieces of it to your cart as are set in the quantity field (you can type in the quantity field, or use the “+” or “-” signs to increase or decrease the quantity in the cart), as many times as you clicked on it, about which you can read a confirmation under the top menu bar.

If you already have a product in your cart, you can continuously monitor its status along with the total amount of the purchase at the top of the right-hand menu bar. If you have selected all the products you want to buy, click on the “Cart” button to proceed with the purchase process. Before placing an order, you can view the contents of your basket, the name and quantity of the products in the basket, and the total amount of your future purchase without shipping fees in a separate window. Here you can check step-by-step and, if necessary, change the details of your order, the quantity of the product you want to buy, delivery and billing details. You can also remove products from your basket.

To use a coupon and/or gift card, select the type you want to use in the cart menu and enter the corresponding code. (The conditions of use of the coupons are always defined and published in the given coupon sale.) The value of the gift voucher is non-refundable, it can be used only once. If the total amount of the purchase does not reach the amount of the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded, and the unused balance will be lost. The amount of the coupon and gift card and the possible shipping and administration costs are not reduced, only the amount of the product or products placed in the basket is changed. You can take the following steps with the “Next” button, after selecting the appropriate radio button.

Entering Billing, Delivery and Login Data

In this menu, please enter your shipping address and billing information. Fields marked with “*” are mandatory.

Shipping

You have the option to write a comment about the delivery, e.g. entering the name of the company, in the case of requested delivery to the workplace; entering the name indicated on the doorbell, in case of discrepancy.

Payment Methods

After specifying the delivery method, also use the radio button to enter the payment method of your choice.

Before finalizing the Order, please read our General Terms and Conditions of Use and indicate your agreement with them in the check box, thereby acknowledging that you have read the General Terms and Conditions of Use and consider them binding on you. The order cannot be finalized without reading and accepting these terms and conditions. (If you have any questions, contact us via our contact details.) You can finalize your order with the “Approve Order” button. We will confirm your order at the e-mail address provided in the registration (by automatic e-mail), if this does not happen within 1 hour, please let us know via one of our contacts.

The order entails a payment obligation, which can be settled by bank transfer or card payment.

If you are registered, you will also find information about the status of your order in your account, and we will continuously inform you about the status of your order at the email address associated with the order, e.g.: In progress (Your order has been received) – automatic email, Processed (Your order is being prepared), Acceptable (In case of personal collection), For courier service given.

If you have any questions or if there is a shortage of stock, we will contact you by email.

It is important to ensure the accuracy of all data (availability, delivery, invoicing)!

In the case of missing or incorrect contact information (e-mail address and telephone number), we cannot contact you and therefore cannot fulfill your order. Costs incurred due to incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate delivery and invoicing data are borne by the Buyer, and the Buyer is responsible for the damage caused. Registration with obviously untrue content will be deleted.

Finalizing the Order

If you are convinced that the contents of the basket correspond to the products you want to order, and that your information is correct, you can complete your order by clicking the “Approve order” button. The information provided on the website does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract on the part of the Seller. In the case of orders falling under the scope of these GTC, you are considered to be the offeror.

By pressing the “Approve order” button, you expressly acknowledge that your offer must be considered as made, and that your statement – in the event of confirmation by the Seller in accordance with these GTC – entails a payment obligation. You are bound by your offer for a period of 48 hours. If your offer is not confirmed by the Seller within 48 hours according to these general terms and conditions, you will be released from your obligation to make an offer.

 

Order Processing

You can place your order at any time. The Seller will confirm your offer by e-mail no later than on the working day following the sending of your offer. The contract is created when the confirmation email sent by the Seller becomes available to you in your mail system.

Credit Card Payment

You can pay with the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron (if permitted by the card issuer). Payment by card is made through the Bank’s secure server, on the bank’s payment page, which appears automatically after the order has been approved. After entering the required bank card data, the payment is executed by clicking the Payment button.

The system sends a confirmation that the payment has been made, and then redirects the customer back to the online store, where he also receives a confirmation of the payment. If the bank card payment is refused for some reason, the customer can also pay for the order via the link in the confirmation email.

Acceptance Methods & Fees

Home Delivery

If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to enter your work address as the delivery address (if possible).

The courier service will attempt to deliver twice, the customer will be charged for the delivery costs of packages not received. You can settle this extra cost by bank transfer or online bank card payment.

Upon delivery, please inspect the package before the courier, and in case of any damage detected on the package, ask for a report to be taken and take delivery of the goods in batches. Please also check the integrity and quantity of the products on site, as in the event of a deficiency or damage, it must be recorded in a report. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without a protocol!

Regarding the order, the general delivery deadline is a maximum of 30 days from the confirmation of the order. This delivery deadline is informative, deviations from it will be indicated by e-mail in all cases.

 

Reservation of Rights, Ownership Clause

If you have previously ordered a product without receiving it during delivery (not including the case when you exercised your right of withdrawal), or the product was returned to the seller with a not wanted mark, the seller will fulfill the order based on the purchase price and the obligates you to pay shipping costs in advance.

The Seller may withhold the delivery of the Product until he is satisfied that the payment of the Product price has been successfully made using the electronic payment solution (including the case where, in the case of a product paid by bank transfer, the Buyer transfers the purchase price and the conversion in the currency of his Member State, and due to bank commissions and costs, the Seller does not receive the full amount of the purchase price and the delivery fee). If the price of the Product has not been paid in full, the Seller may call the Buyer to supplement the purchase price.
